We have texts that can be used as Coffin Texts (useful for private tombs), since the Middle Kingdom.

We also have hymns from Middle Kingdom on.

We of course have several copies of the Book of the Dead.

We also have miscellany, collections of prayers or hymns, a form new to the New Kingdom.
